該系列高性能對夾式蝶閥使用多種結構材料，包括符合NACE要求和抗磨蝕的。并可提供用于氯氣、氧氣、高真空和腐蝕生介質(zhì)及低溫環(huán)境的特殊閥門。

The series of high performance wafer type butterfly,valves uses variousstructure materials,including those thatmeet NACE reguirements andanticorrosive materials.Special valves that can be used in chlorine,oxygen,high vacuumcorrosive media and cryogenic condition are also available.

-在閥座上下部位無磨損點; 扭矩低，操作機構要求小； - The seat and butterfly plate do not contact each other when thevalve is opened or at the middle position.

The fire resistant type valve is subjected to fire test according to API 607

軸的固定可靠 Reliable fixing of shaft

軸的頂端有防吹出結構，在軸意外斷裂時防止軸的上部移竄出壓蓋。

The anti-blow-out structure is provided at the top of the shaft to prevent the shaft from running out of the gland in case of accidental breaking of the shaft.

閥座維像保養(yǎng)方便 Convenient seat mainlenance and servicing

只要取下嵌件即可更換閥座，不必拆卸蝶閥和軸

闊座額定值

曲線上表示的閥座額定值只對閥座而言，是基于閥門全閉是蝶閥兩端的壓差。這些額定值可作為通用條件下使用指南。依據(jù)以往經(jīng)驗，經(jīng)過改進和變換其他閥座材料，使用的額定值可更高。

Seat rated value

The seat rated values indicated on the curve are only for the seat. lt is thedifferential pressure between the two ends of the butterfly valve when the valveis fully closed. These rated values can serve as use guide under generaconditions. According to past experience, the rated values for improved andchanged other seat materials may be higher.

閥體額定值

閥體的最大工作壓力和各種材料閥體的試驗壓力示于下面的閥體壓力額定值表中。實際工況使用壓力要根據(jù)閥座額定值來決定。

Body rated value

The maximum working pressure of body and testing pressure of body ofvarious materials are listed in the body pressure ratings table. The actualworking pressure in the working conditions shall be decided according tothe seat rated values.
