DRG 系列

DRG 系列撥叉式氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)適用于 90°行程閥門(如球閥、蝶閥、旋塞閥)的開關(guān)切斷或計(jì)量控制,可結(jié)合各種附件實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)過程自動(dòng)控制。其原理是壓縮空氣進(jìn)入氣缸，推動(dòng)活塞作直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，利用銷軸與拔叉滑槽的傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)將活塞的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化為撥叉的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，并帶動(dòng)輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)閥門的控制。

DRG scotch yoke pneumatic actuators are fit for turn-off or metering control of 90 valves (suchas ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves). lt can realize automatic control of industrial processwith various accessories. The principle is that compressed air enters the chamber to push the pistonto do linear motion, the piston's linear motion will be converted into the yoke's rotary motion bytransmission structures of the yoke pin and yoke groove, and drives the output shaft to rotate, thusachieving the control of the valve.

DRG 系列撥叉式氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器有對(duì)稱式和傾斜式兩種類型，對(duì)應(yīng)兩種不同的扭矩輸出特性。對(duì)稱式的撥叉機(jī)構(gòu)，具有更加平衡的扭矩曲線，主要適于球閥、旋塞閥的控制。
